Come and embark on a journey where you'll work on groundbreaking projects that push the boundaries of what's possible, where your expertise will drive innovation!Our Business Analyst's are key contributor's in understanding business needs, translating them into clear and actionable requirements, and ensuring the delivery of effective solutions. You will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and the technical team, contributing to the overall success of our projects.Key responsibilities will include:Identify and consult with key stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts, internal and external, to elicit and understand pain points.Gather requirements from internal and external users and translate these into technical requirements, authoring and owning discovery documents and artefacts.Create the AS IS and TO BE process maps.Create and manage Epics based on Product Manager's Initiative and create User Stories based on user requirements.Support both Product Manager and Product Owners to ensure product development remains within scope.Set out MVP requirements on initial product delivery and support Product Manager in planning future iterations and releases to eliminate scope creep.Identify and document non-functional requirements.To ability to provide data-driven insights and recommendations to influence product strategy and direction.Conduct gap analyses to identify areas of improvement in our current platforms and processes.Own and maintain the product backlog to ensure this is well refined and contains Initiatives, Epics and user stories that are ready for development that enables delivery of a quality product.Update Product Manager and Head of Delivery and Architecture with progress, challenges, and blockers as and when required.Conduct and oversee refinement session with the software development team.Attend daily stand ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews and sprint retros.Support sprint planning sessions by ensuring priorities set out by Product Owner are included in sprint for timely release.Assist in the creation of user manuals, training materials, and other documentation.Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate new features and enhancements.The successful candidate will have:1-2 years' experience working as Business Analyst or a similar role.Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (often preferred), or equivalent experience.Have previous success working as a Business Analyst on software projects delivered using Agile or SCRUM methodology.Ability to communicate effectively and influence at all levels with excellent written and verbal communication, including comprehending and translating technical and complex issues into user stories.Organise team initiatives and lead in agile ceremonies.Experienced in technical requirements gathering and knowledge of technical integrations.Knowledge of the property industry is beneficial and previous experience with CRM systems would be advantageous.Want to apply?
