Job DescriptionWork with internal stakeholders to identify and define business problems and opportunities, understand the current state and define business requirements to achieve the target state.Plan and manage the analysis tasks throughout a project.Use a range of best practice analysis tools to elicit, document, analyse and validate functional and non-functional requirements. Manage requirements throughout the end-to-end lifecycle, ensuring that there is traceability at all stages.Work closely with the Architecture team and key stakeholders and suppliers to support the production of integration specification documentation.Contribute to development of project business cases.Work closely with internal IT teams and third-party suppliers to design, test and implement suitable solutions.Manage detailed test planning and execution activities.Support detailed cutover planning and execution activities.
The Successful ApplicantSolid experience of both requirements management and test management phases of the project, ideally using both waterfall and agile methodologies.Mix of client and stakeholder experience from different sectors.Good stakeholder management experience to senior manager and director level.
