With a large client-base, and a frequently changing regulatory framework, the successful candidate will be a dynamic, creative individual that will help support our existing solutions, and help shape our future.The ideal candidate will need to have at least 4 years financial services experience.Key ResponsibilitiesWork with our customers to understand their requirements, and help to translate them into formal software change documentsWork with Product Owner(s) and Project Manager(s) to formalise functional requirementsWork with development and testing team(s) to help ensure functional changes meet business needsWork with stakeholders to "shape" future development projectsProduce a wide range of project documentation including business requirements and functional specificationsSkills, abilities, and personal qualitiesDegree educated in a technical subjectMinimum 4 years of Business Analysis experience in the Financial Services and software industries, ideally with knowledge of Investments / Pensions / SavingsSolid background in Agile software development and design principlesExpert in "discovering" customer requirementsAbility to organise workloads, prioritise and meet deadlinesProven track-record as a quality technical writerAbility to translate business requirements into user storiesEfficient and effective cross-discipline communication skills – someone who can talk to a user one minute, then a developer, or actuary the nextComfortable providing training and mentoring, either one-on-one or in groups.Detailed knowledge of the Investments / Pensions / Savings industry.Application modelling tools (UML, EA)Experienced user of requirements management, test and release planning tools (preferably Microsoft Team Foundation Server)If you want to join our team, please forward your cv to our dedicated email address here:#####
