You will act as an intermediary between Digital Services and council services to collect, clarify, and translate business requirements into documentation and conceptual designs, ensuring that applications and solutions are procured / developed to meet evolving business requirements and drive better value from IT systems.What we are looking for...You will ideally possess a professional qualification in Business Analysis or have a background in Continual Improvement with knowledge and experience of ITIL's Continual Service Improvement / 7 Step Improvement Process, Lean and Six Sigma. The minimum frequency for in-office attendance will be three time a week, however it could be more frequent based on the demands of the business.
