You will play a crucial role in our mission to optimise our products and services for maximum impact. Working alongside a team of experienced professional you'll be focused on supporting the Transformation Lead to help identify and deliver change needs and uncovering insights that will inform strategic decisions and drive growth.You will do this through:Supporting in the scoping of transformation projects that go into the PMO and that underpin the company strategy.Understanding complex business problems, distilling them into what is most important, and supporting the design of the most appropriate transformation solutions.Partnering with the business and working cross-functionally to deliver project outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to understand their challenges and document requirements.Analyse current processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation through digital solutions.Assist in initiative implementation through system design, specification, and business process analysis.Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and development and delivery teams.Contribute to the development of training materials and communications related to business processes.Participate in testing efforts validating that the implemented solutions meet the defined business needs.Develop other deliverables as required for emerging needs, and work across multiple projects concurrently.Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.Continuously seek out opportunities for process improvement and optimisation.What will you need to succeed?Relevant previous experience as a Business Analyst or Change ProfessionalExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to fostering effective working relations.Highly organised with great attention to detail.Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.Willingness to learn quickly, adapt to new environments, and absorb new concepts and technologies.Self-motivated and results driven.Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Comfortable being uncomfortable; operating with ambiguity and a high degree of complexity.What do you get in return?25 days annual leave rising to 305% pension after probationState of the art city centre officesAccess to a range of benefits via My Benefits WorldDiscounted city centre parkingFree eye care coverLife AssuranceCycle to Work SchemeEAP (Employee assistance programme)Monthly Tes SocialsAccess to an extensive Learning and Development menuWho are Tes?Tes has been supporting the education sector for over a century, growing and changing alongside the evolution of education.
