Business Analyst - Operating Model
6-month contract (Outside IR35) - £400-450 a day
2 days a week on-site - Worcestershire
Our client is based in the public sector and looking for a Business Analyst to support the project's people/ culture side and business transition activities. The candidate will support in understanding the current as-is operating model and work closely with the Project Manager to help the transition into a more seamless operating model across their 3 departments which are currently siloed.
This is a very exciting opportunity for the right candidate to get the business and stakeholders on board, recognise the change required, and take them on the journey. You will engage with key stakeholders around future management capabilities of mapping ensuring the Operating Model is capable of supporting their future vision. Additionally, you will propose their Operating Model relating to data quality ensuring sustainability.
Skills & Experience:
Public sector experience is essential
Experience delivering change in a complex organisation
Experience delivering enterprise-wide operating model change
Ideally have worked in a data transformation programme
Strong interpersonal skills and being resilient to get effective time with stakeholders to take them on the journey to deliver the change effectively
