At Redwood Bank we truly believe that we are powered by our people and we expect all staff to put customers interests at the heart of what they do.About the roleHere at Redwood Bank, we are currently looking for a Business Analyst (projects) on a 6 month fixed term contract to support the project manager with the delivery of cross-functional change projects. You will be responsible for ensuring appropriate project governance is followed through project lifecycle and will work with business stakeholders and third-party suppliers to ensure that projects deliver to agreed plans. As Business Analyst assisting the business with the documentation of business requirements, project deliverables, and test plans will be a key aspect. Role responsibilities Hands-on support for key projects and programmesProducing reporting for Projects and Systems CommitteeEnsuring appropriate project governance and controls are in place and followed throughout the project lifecycle Identification and management of risks, issues, assumptions, and dependenciesManagement of MS Project PlansManagement of Devops epics and storiesMaintenance of project action logs Support business areas as needed with production of business requirements, project deliverables, and test plansLiaising with internal and external project stakeholders Provide regular updates to the Project ManagerPersonal Attributes & ExperienceFor this role, we are looking for someone who has proven experience as a Business/project analyst and has worked on end-to-end project lifecycle – preferably within financial services. The ideal candidate will have the ability to prioritise work and manage multiple projects at once with experience in MS Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint, as well as in risk, issue, assumption and dependence identification and management.
