The ideal candidate for this position will have experience within Project Management / Business Analyst roles previously and comfortable working within a busy environment with multiple projects running at any one time. That’s how deliver value for our customers, and building systems that lead the wayAnd as a Business Analyst Project Managerwith Bellrock, you’ll do it by…Working with business stakeholders to identify and deliver system and operational improvements.Communicate with colleagues to understand and map out current business processes.Articulate business problems into formal business and functional requirements. Identify, prioritise and document in order to make a recommendation to the business on the solution, highlighting the risks and opportunities of that option.Work with stakeholders to map out the proposed processes and standard operating procedures to support the chosen solution.Define and document the project scope, benefits and deliverables and timescale to support the business strategy, in collaboration with senior management and key stakeholders.Developing project proposals and present to stakeholders, working within the established project processes and keeping project plans up to date.Lead meetings with internal and external stakeholders.Regularly meet and liaise with management regarding overall approach and prioritiesWork with stakeholders to manage the delivery of projects to scope and timescale and take full ownership for the implementation of these projects.Identify potential issues and devise contingency plans as required, assessing and determining the need to escalate for additional resources if necessary.What does it take?If you’re ready to be the energy that helps us build our business, share our success, and really own it as a Business Analyst Project Manager, you’ll need… Experience in a similar role within software implementation / Business analysisBSc qualification in Business AnalysisPRINCE2, Agile or APM qualificationsExcellent project management skillsAbility to own the end to end delivery of complex changeCan maintain a focus on key objectivesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsEffective time management skills; well planned , highly organised, ability to prioritise and multi-taskNumerate and analyticalAbility to make decisions based on facts and analysisExcellent problem-solving skillsFlexible and adaptable to changing demandsSelf-motivated and able to work autonomously under pressureAccurate with excellent attention to detailCore qualities and attributesExperience working within business transformation projects and implementationExperienced at developing training materialsExperienced in providing one to one training and in small groupsExperience of managing stakeholders through complex business change projectsWorking arrangementsWe embrace smarter working practices which offer our employees the opportunity to work their hours flexibly and remotely where their roles and business needs allow. In this role, the successful candidate would be required to work from the Head office in Leicester, LE1 6LP working 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday.
