Offering a comprehensive range of retail and corporate financial services/products, this thriving business boasts over 10 million active customers in over 700 business locations. Due to business growth, they are now looking acquire the services of a Business Analyst, Consumer Duty.

Office hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm with a 1-hour lunch.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing , monitoring and analysing all data for the Consumer Duty dashboard for Private Banking and Business Development.
Elicits, analyses, specifies, and validates the business needs of Private Banking in relation to Consumer Duty
Collaborates with external consultants and other stakeholders to determine required data
Researches, reviews, and analyses the effectiveness and efficiency of existing requirements-gathering processes and develop strategies for enhancing or further leveraging these processes.
Assists in conducting research on products to meet agreed upon requirements
Participates in the selection of any requirements documentation software solutions that the organization may opt to use.
Analyses and verifies requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards.
Creates process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project team.
Develops and conduct peer reviews of the business requirements to ensure that requirement specifications are correctly interpreted.
Key Skills/Experience:
Experience with the FCA's Consumer Duty Regulations preferred.
3- 5 years’ experience in a similar financial services business analyst type role, ideally Private Banking
Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, modelling, and methodology development
Demonstrated project management skills, including planning, organizing, and managing resources
Strong working knowledge of Excel skills sufficient to produce reports and meaningful MI
Essential : Proficient skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Excellent research and datamining skills
Strong attention to detail, quality, and accuracy
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and assist others when required.
An ability to ‘think outside the box’ and look for creative solutions
Strong drive for continuous improvement.
