Business Analyst/PM(FX)- Banking and Financial Services

Job description:
• Strong hybrid BA/PM experience including managing a project/programme, timelines, deliverables and keeping the stakeholder group informed of the progress and risks associated with delivery
• Strong Experience in a Business Analyst role with strong evidence of both business and technology change delivery
• Strong financial services industry experience including a strong understanding of Credit products
• A strong command of business analysis methodologies – including the application of industry-standard methodologies including Agile and Barclay’s software delivery lifecycle
• Agile/Scrum understanding desirable for the hybrid BA/PM role
• Ability to operate autonomously
• Strong evidence of stakeholder management. The successful candidate will be able to identify, attempt to rectify and appropriately escalate issues and risks whilst having an analytical and methodical approach to problem solving
• The successful candidate must be able to articulate complex topics in a clear and understandable fashion to both technology and business stakeholders
Desirable skills/Preferred Qualifications:
• Banking product knowledge
• Experience of large scale customer migrations
• ISEB Business Analysis
• Degree or equivalent in an IT or Business Analysis related discipline
