You will be responsible for the creation of a better outcomes and support the delivery of business improvements, changes and developments. The Business Analyst (BA) will be responsible for delivering the BA offering on allocated projects.Key DutiesUnderstand the importance and deliver against individual objectives and to contribute to the achievement of departmental objectives and business results.Work within set Key Performance Indicators and quality standards.Participate in and promote good team communication and share knowledge and expertise with other team members.Create, have input to and review Business Cases, 'ballpark' and detailed estimates for projects.Create, have input to, and review objective success criteria for measurement of projects.Establish, validate, and document High Level Business Requirements from and for project stakeholders.Describe and document detailed business requirements for projects ensuring compliance with the Business Analysis Framework in accordance with the client's Pension Solutions methodology.Write requirements in appropriate format (e.g. user stories) with testable acceptance criteria that describe the solution to be delivered.Agree estimates for requirements with development team.Key SkillsSolid Business AnalystExtensive Pensions Project Experience -Regulatory and Legislative ChangesExperience working for Business Consultancy companies.If you are available and interested, please apply today!Carbon60, Lorien & SRG - The Impellam Group STEM Portfolio are acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
