Job DescriptionOverseeing day-to-day operational processes within the Technology department.Identifying areas of improvement and implementing effective solutions.Collaborating with team members to enhance operational efficiency.Analyzing operational data to inform business decisions.Creating and presenting reports on operational performance.Working closely with other departments to ensure alignment of objectives.Supporting the management team in strategic planning.Ensuring compliance with industry and company standards. The Successful Applicant A successful Business Analyst Operations should have: Proven experience in Operations, preferably within the logistics industry.Strong ERP system knowledgeStrong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.The ability to drive change and improve operational efficiency.A results-driven approach and the ability to meet deadlines.
