Job DescriptionBusiness Analyst (Insurance) - PAS systemsJob Description:Underwriting requirements and processes. PAS systems implementation experience as an alternative.Demonstrable hands on experience of complex systems implementations across multiple functional areas and territories. Self-starter able to work without day to day direction. Experience of working successfully with multiple vendors and internal delivery teams to achieve on time, on budget and quality delivery. Strong IT and business stakeholder management skills. Able to work directly with key business resources across underwriting and actuarial. Document current business processes and workflows to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization. Create detailed process maps and diagrams to aid in visualizing and understanding current and future states. Have a broad understanding of application and environment architecture including dataflow into an Enterprise Datawarehouse and onwards to further downstream applications. Clear communication on project recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences. Facilitate meetings and presentations to share insights and gather feedback Previous experience with commercial combined insurance products is beneficial.
