This role provides an opportunity to join a rapidly growing, high energy and entrepreneurial team working with leading UK & Europe based Insurance clients.Essential Skills & Experience:Performed Senior Business Analysis/ Functional Consultant roles on complex Business & Technology Transformation Programmes, with Insurance clients; assisting them achieve their business, technology, strategic and operational goalsPrevious experience of working in a similar capacity in other Consultancy or Insurance IndustryAn appreciation for both business and technical requirements and the ability to bridge the gap between the twoFull project life-cycle experience Business Analysis experience - with demonstrable knowledge of different project life cycles: waterfall, agileExperience of managing a small to medium sized teams to execute mid-size program of work or of leading work streams within a larger program of workAbility to develop creative strategic solutions to solve our clients' business problems, and create accompanying execution roadmaps to implement the changesHas worked in a global delivery environment and with distributed teamsPersonal Attributes:Ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues as well as on your ownExcellent communicator able to deliver a concise message either verbally, or in writing to senior internal and external stakeholdersCreative thinker, able to quickly analyse problems and identify appropriate solutionsOpen-minded and pragmatic, with ability to guide teams to build customized tools/ templates for the engagementsFlexible and enthusiastic about gaining new experiences across different clients and adapting to different, challenging environmentsContribution to Development of Practice:Contribute to practice activities such as Capability Development, Knowledge Management, Proposition or Solution DevelopmentDevelop focused industry 'points of view' or 'white papers'Coach and Mentor members of the teamDesirable Skills & Experience:Experience on industry specific solutions such as Guidewire, Duck Creek, ActurisFormal Business Analysis (ISEB), Insurance domain accreditationIndustry Experience:Deep experience of working within the Insurance industry or Insurance consulting, preferably within the General Insurance or Broker sectors.
