The objective of the team is to create a golden thread between strategy, goal setting and impact in a fast-growing global organisation. As a Business Analyst in the Strategy Unit, focusing on the roll out and adoption of the Institute's CRM system, you will interact closely with our internal stakeholders across the organisation to support in the delivery of data driven strategies. The CRM Business Analysts role is to understand the Institutes business needs and work with Senior Business Systems Manager and team to provide future proof system-based solutions to those business needs.The Business Analyst will report to the Senior Business Systems Manager based in London and will form an integral part of the Institutes Strategy Unit.The Strategy Unit is responsible for driving TBI's strategy in three main ways:1) alignment and accountability - turning the TBI strategy into a laser focus on core business goals; 2) performance and processes - shaping organisational performance across TBI's OKR, impact, performance and finance frameworks;3) culture and capability- inspiring and supporting TBI's leadership cohort of c.70 leaders to manage delivery, change management and identify new business opportunities.The Strategy Unit has a mandate from the Senior Executive Team (SET) to direct and monitor TBI-wide strategy, planning, performance and collaboration.This team sits within the Strategy & Partnership department which leads and oversees the Institute's strategic direction and growth.The Strategy & Partnerships department (S&P) is one of three business critical departments of TBI. It has the specific responsibility for futureproofing growth, developing scalable partnerships, innovating in tech and securing financial resources to measurably advance the Institute's operational goals and drive sustainable impact.This is a unique and exciting opportunity to join a truly global organisation at a time of accelerated growth and development in how we use our internal digital tools and data. High visibility, high priority CRM and data driven projects will allow you to work with a wide range of teams across the organisation, acquiring extensive experience in internal customer management alongside building on your business analysis expertise. You will have opportunities for coaching and mentorship from senior colleagues, and we can provide training on our systems to set you up for success.This role will suit you if you are a solution driven people-person with an inquisitive nature. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in understanding the business requirements of a Global Institute and have a passion for delivering system-based solutions. This is both a rewarding and positively challenging role.TBI works on a hybrid model with a minimum of 2 flexible days working from the office, but we will also accept applications from candidates based across the UK working remotely who would come to the office in London on a monthly basis.Please note, it is essential you have an existing right to work in the UK to apply for this role.Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain excellent working relationships with internal stakeholdersEngage with internal stakeholders to understand business requirementsGather requirements and capture complex business processes for stakeholders and translate into functional and non-functional specificationsConduct data analysis exercises as required to support business solutionsSupporting documentation, including user guides and delivering user trainingUnderstand the importance of data management in providing solutionsRegular evaluations and reportsSupporting the delivery of wider strategic priorities for the Strategy Unit and TBIPerson Specification:The ideal candidate will excel in analysing complex problems and crafting practical solutions that fit the needs of the Institute. You'll be a strong communicator, able to explain technical ideas in simple terms to different teams.Managing your time effectively, you'll ensure that projects stay on track and meet deadlines consistently.With your proactive and adaptable approach, you'll embrace change as a chance for growth andSkills and Qualifications:Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Office 365, and SharePointBCS certifications: International Diploma in Business Analysis, or Business Analysis Practice, or Requirements EngineeringProficiency in both Agile and Waterfall methodologiesExpertise in crafting user stories, capturing user requirements and translating them into actionable tasks for development teamsExperience with DevOps tools and practicesWorking knowledge of other Microsoft products specifically Visio, Power Apps, Power AutomateClosing Date:#####-04-18
