As a Business Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in evaluating, streamlining, and optimizing business processes within our organization to lift client contract performance. Your mission is to identify inefficiencies, propose improvements, and collaborate with various teams to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.

And as a Business Analyst with Bellrock, you'll do it by...
Performance Analysis: Regularly review contract performance metrics, including key performance indicators (KPIs), service levels, and financial terms.
Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks or deviations from contract terms and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to mitigate them.
Data Collection and Reporting: Gather relevant data on contract performance, prepare reports, and present findings to management.
Analyze Current Processes: Thoroughly examine existing business workflows, procedures, and processes to identify areas for improvement.
Develop and Implement Strategies: Create and implement optimized processes and procedures to enhance productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful adoption of new procedures.
Conduct Audits and Assessments: Regularly assess the effectiveness of newly implemented processes through audits and performance evaluations.
What does it take?

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Experience: Prior experience as a business analyst within a Facility Management service delivery environment or similar field services role.
Skills:
Strong analytical skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Proficiency in process modeling and documentation tools
Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean)
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

We embrace smarter working practices which offer our employees the opportunity to work their hours flexibly and remotely where their roles and business needs allow. In this role, the successful candidate would be required to work from theSheffield Office and working pattern 8:30am to 5:30pm
