Due to expansion my prestigious client is looking for a Business Analyst to join their growing team, reporting to the Business Analyst Team Leader.Detailed duties and responsibilitiesCommunicating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of a projectLiaising with business managers and end users to understand and document business processes, workflows and requirementsFacilitate business managers and end users undertaking BPI/BPR activitiesAppraising the impact of suggested changes on affected business areaAbility to translate business requirements into something that can be understood at all levels of a project from end users to software developersTranslating client requirements into highly specified project briefsPlanning and managing the implementation of small scale projectsPlanning and managing the implementation of agile application developmentsEnsuring business solutions are aligned with the IS Business StrategyUndertake the production of business cases and feasibility studiesProviding weekly reports to the Business Analysis Team Leader showing progress against outstanding milestones.Develop and maintain knowledge on best of breed business analysis standards, tools, methods and techniquesTechnical skillsWorkshop facilitationProcess/workflow mappingBPMNSkills, knowledge and experienceKnowledge of the legal sectorExperience with a case management systemExperience of an agile software development methodologyBCS Diploma in Business Analysis desirable To apply for this role please upload your CVhere
