They currently have an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to join the Projects team on a 6-month FTC and support the project manager with the delivery of cross-functional change projects.The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring appropriate project governance is followed through project lifecycle, working with business stakeholders and third-party suppliers to ensure that projects deliver to agreed plans, and assist the business with the documentation of business requirements, project deliverables, and test plans. You will be working with the delivery team and stakeholders to define, document and split features and user storiesResponsibilities for the role of Business Analyst
Hands-on support for key projects and programmesProducing reporting for Projects and Systems CommitteeEnsuring appropriate project governance and controls are in place and followed throughout the project lifecycleIdentification and management of risks, issues, assumptions, and dependenciesManagement of MS Project PlansMaintenance of project action logsSupport business areas as needed with production of business requirements, project deliverables, and test plansLiaising with internal and external project stakeholdersProvide regular updates to the Project ManagerUnderstand the business processes and how each system is integratedExperience and skills required for the role of Business AnalystExperienced Business/Project Analyst who has worked on end-to-end project lifecycle - preferably within financial servicesMust have experience in Agile and Waterfall Methodologies.Able to prioritise work and to manage across multiple projectsProficient in MS Project, Excel, Word and PowerPointExcellent analysis skillsExperience in Risk, Issue, Assumption and Dependence identification and managementAble to self-motivate and work with limited supervisionStrong interpersonal and influencing skillsPMO experience preferredComfortable working in dynamic fast paced environment with ability to multi-task across a number of projectsExcellent communication, including written, verbal, and strong presentational experienceFor more information regarding the role of Business Analyst please contact us.Stellar Select is acting as an employment agency and is a corporate member of the REC.Due to a high volume of applications, we will only contact you if your application has been successful.
