Job Title: Business AdministratorDuration: 6 monthsJob Type: Contract - Possibility for extensionLocation: Aztec West - BristolPay Rate: Up to £17 per hour DOE - PAYE Weekly PayStart Date: ASAPShifts: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday 9:00 - 17:00This role will provide general administrative support to the Business Management Team and to members of the Executive.Overview of the Role:Handle a wide range of high-level administrative tasks for the Director and CFOPrepare and handle corporate documents maintaining strict confidentialityProvide cover to the PA team during times of holidays and unplanned absenceSupport the Facilities Officer with office managementReport and monitor building/office maintenance to Building Facilities Management and ensure repairs/solutions are enactedSupport with the administration of travel including bookings for flights, hotels and taxis and other tasks as required including HPC Site VisitsSupport with the administration of site visitors as required - producing office access cards and managing the system which supports these, provide attendance reports from the system as required, visitor management, meeting room access, ordering of consumables and postResponsible for the maintenance of H&S standards on site - conducting safety walks, receiving, reviewing and reporting on Learning Reports and liaising with relevant parties to ensure actions are completedHandle a wide range of general office administrative tasks as requiredExperience and Qualifications:Previous administration experience requiredPrevious experience working as a PA requiredPrevious facilities management experience advantageousOrganised with a keen attention to detailAn excellent verbal and written communicatorAn advanced user of computer software including Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and Outlook required, Visio advantageousAble to work under pressure and to tight deadlinesSelf-motivated and able to work on own initiativeAble to manage conflicting prioritiesProfessional and friendly and able to build relationships at all levels of an organisationNote: This is a contract role, and employment is on behalf of Rullion.We can make reasonable adjustments to our interview process according to your needs.
