Key Responsibilities:






  • Manage the financial operations of the school with integrity and transparency, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

  • Oversee human resources management, Health and Safety, risk management, buildings and project management, and legal and compliance issues.

  • Collaborate with the senior leadership team and Governors to support the school's strategy and management objectives.

  • Utilise strong operational and multitasking skills to address both specified responsibilities and ad hoc practical or technical issues.

  • Build close working relationships with all members of the school community and actively participate in school culture

  • Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team and Governors to achieve the school's aims and strategies, prioritising the best outcomes for pupils and staff.
