Bulky Goods Delivery Specialist - Transport Manager

We're seeking an experienced, hard-working Home Delivery Operations Manager to lead our UK residential delivery operations for bulky garden buildings, furniture, and oversized products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and expanding a network of van contractors, carriers, and pallet delivery companies to handle 100,000+ annual home deliveries.Key Responsibilities: Manage relationships with existing van contractors, carriers, and pallet networks Actively recruit and onboard new delivery partners to support our growing volumes Negotiate competitive rates and contracts with logistics providers Analyse delivery data to identify improvement opportunities and optimize routes Implement and manage transportation software/systems Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for home delivery logistics Ideal Candidate: 7+ years of experience managing home delivery operations for bulky goods Proven success in expanding and optimizing delivery networks Exceptional relationship-building and people management skills Data-driven decision maker with a continuous improvement mindset Thrives in an entrepreneurial, high-growth environment Passion for providing an outstanding delivery experience to end-customers Not Suitable For: Candidates without hands-on experience in home delivery operations Those lacking existing relationships with UK delivery contractors and carriers Individuals who struggle in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment About Kybotech GroupKybotech is a £30 million company based in Worksop.
