This role will be managing and supervising the upgrade and maintenance of the buildings and facilities on the
Buckinghamshire Highways Contract, to ensure works are completed to agreed timescales and budget. What you'll be doingAs Buildings and Fleet Supervisor, you will have the following accountabilities:Planning and coordination of all installations and refurbishments across all depot locationsOngoing Building maintenanceManage plant levels and arrange off hires of unused equipmentEnsuring operational fleet vehicles are safe, clean and well maintained.Management of the calibration of tools & equipment (inc Lifting, spreaders, CATs, Weighbridge)Responsible for depot and building security across all depots and buildings including the upkeep of any associated security system.Who we're looking forYou will have the following:Knowledge and experience of fleet management and basic building maintenanceExcellent organization skills with the ability to coordinate projects and multiple contractors where necessaryFull clean driving licence - HGV Cat C preferableEmergency First Aid At WorkAbility to work in a teamWhy work for usDay in, day out, our teams deliver some of the UKs most ambitious, exciting and meaningful projects; developing, building and maintaining the vital infrastructure that supports national economies and strengthens communities.As if contributing to and supporting work that makes life better for millions wasnt rewarding enough, we offer a full range of benefits too.
