A Southwest London council are on the lookout for an Interim Building Surveyor to join the Design Service team.�
You will be required to�Control project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design.�Provide expert knowledge in building forensics.�Undertake a desktop assessment of any key planning requirements or other potential constraints which will affect the Surveying Services (e.g. listed building, conservation area etc) and advise the Client/Project Coordinator accordingly.
You will be required into the office 1/2 days per week, and can work from home for the rest of the week while also going out on site visits.�
Also the client is offering a one year contract with possibility to be extended even further.
