Building Surveyor

A well-established and respected chartered surveying and property consultancy is looking for a dynamic Building Surveyor to join and lead a newly forming team in Worcester.

The Building Surveyors' role

The appointed Building Surveyor will be instrumental in setting up and developing the Building Surveying department in Worcester from scratch. This role offers the freedom to mould the strategic direction and influence the operational success of the team, making it an ideal position for someone who thrives in building teams and processes.

As a Building Surveyor in this role, you will oversee a varied project portfolio across multiple sectors including commercial, office, retail, healthcare, and industrial properties primarily within Worcestershire, Gloucestershire, and Bristol. This role is designed to foster professional development and offers substantial potential for long-term career progression.

The Building Surveyor

• A BSc or MSc in Building Surveying or similar
• MRICS qualification would be ideal
• Experience across a variety of sectors would be beneficial
• Previous experience within a consultancy environment
