About the role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a Building Surveyor to join the Corporate Surveying Team at NFU Mutual, where youll manage an occupied and leasehold occupational property portfolio across the UK (including Northern Ireland).
As an in-house Building Surveyor, youll oversee the management, development, and maintenance of our property portfolio of approximately 300 buildings, ensuring they meet business, contractual, and statutory requirements.
In this crucial role youll ensure our sites are equipped to meet the needs of all our employees and the NFU Mutual Agency Network across the UK. Youll influence and advise stakeholders on the effective management of buildings, fixtures and services throughout the property lifecycle.
Youll typically be required to travel to various locations once a week, but this could be more if youre managing a particular project. To ensure that you can travel in comfort and at times convenient to you, we will provide a company car or car allowance.
