Work for a leading and expanding housing association.Hybrid working and competitive pay.About Our ClientOur G15 Housing Association client are in need of a Building Surveyor to join their team on a Permanent basis.Job DescriptionThe key responsibilities:Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including residentsBuilding inspections (pre inspections to identify defects and sometimes post inspection of repairs to make sure work carried out is done properly)Offer technical advice on defects and repairsOversee and manage contractorsThe Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate:Degree in Building Surveying or similar technical qualification (HND HNC)Experience of building surveying and specific experience of building maintenance - it's a plus if its within social housingKnowledge of Health and Safety as well as Building RegulationsAble to provide highly detailed and technical reports.What's on OfferWhat is on offer:Permanent contractThis website has app functionality.
