Permanent (37hrs per week)
As the Building Surveyor you will
Be the primary point of contact in the effective delivery of the repairs and void programmes
Deliver stock condition surveys
Support the delivery of the annual programmes of capital and cyclical maintenance
Support with disrepair claims
Support with investment planning process

What you'll need to be the Building Surveyor...
Degree in Surveying or Member of Chartered Institute of Building Membership or equivalent...
