Contract opportunity. £190/day Surveyor South East/Kent
Surveyor, unoccupied housing stock, Fabric and Energy (EPC certification required) Kent
This professional building survey and software originator are looking to hire 2 experienced contract building surveyors as soon as possible.
The role will involve survey/inspection of unoccupied housing stock with regard to the fabric of the building and the energy efficiency/capability (EPC experience would be beneficial) You will be undertaking surveys, identifying building defects and delivering domestic energy performance assessments and you will have excellent knowledge of The Decent Homes Standard.
The roles centre in Kent.
You will be required to work under minimum supervision, be experienced in fabric and EPC surveys and to have a good understanding of technology – mainly handheld devices.
Any qualifications and training you have undertaken will be viewed positively as will CSCS and experience.
The company will be inspecting unoccupied housing stock and will adhere to all Government guidance on safe working in the current climate.
The work is expected to run for approximately 24 months and is deemed outside IR35 regulations.

The role will involve survey/inspection of commercial premises (Offices, Stadia and building peripheral to plant) with regard to the Mechanical and Electrical condition of the buildings (M&E) EPC experience would be beneficial.
You will be required to work under minimum supervision, be experienced in fabric and EPC surveys and to have a good understanding of technology – mainly handheld devices.
Any qualifications and training you have undertaken will be viewed positively as will CSCS and experience.
The company will be inspecting these premises and will adhere to all Government guidance on safe working in the current climate.
The work is expected to run for approximately 24 months and is deemed outside IR35 regulations.
