Role Summary: As a Building Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of our social housing projects. Your expertise will contribute to the overall quality, safety, and compliance of our developments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Survey and Assessment: Conduct thorough building surveys, inspections, and assessments.
• Defect Diagnosis: Identify and evaluate defects, ensuring timely resolution.

Requirements:

• RICS Accreditation: You must be a Chartered Building Surveyor with RICS accreditation.
