Job Title: Repair Surveyor / Property Inspector
Location: Greater Manchester
Pay: �30-35 per hour (via Umbrella)
Working Type: Agile (2/3 days in office)
Contract: 2 Month Contract - likely extension

I am looking for a Building Surveyor to work in Greater Manchester for a housing association. The Building Surveyor will be responsible for overseeing the repairs contracts; in regards to day to day repairs and damp & mould.
The Building Surveyor is required to start immediately for a minimum 3 month contract.
Duties of the Repairs Surveyor:

• General day-to-day maintenance
• Reactive maintenance and damp and mould surveys
• Scheduling day to day repairs
• Carrying out pre-inspections and writing reports

Repairs Surveyor essentials:

• Experience in diagnosing repairs and undertaking repairs surveys to residential properties
• Ability to work at pace and adapt to change
• Experience within social housing
• Experience with carrying out pre-inspections prior
• Can come from a trades background
