A client within the Public Sector based in Lancashire is currently recruiting for a Building Surveyor to join their team as soon as possible. The client is offering a full time, temporary position on an ongoing basis with the ideal candidate having experience of working within a local authority within an asset management environment.
The Role
Key purpose of the role is to manage and deliver a range Building related projects across the authority.

To be considered for this role you will require to be degree qualified (or equivalent) in relevant subject, plus a number of years' experience in a similar role OR significant vocational experience at a demonstrably professional level.

The client is looking to move quickly with this role and as such are offering �28 per hour Umbrella LTD Inside IR35.
