The Building Surveyor role

The Building Surveyor

• Ideally 5+ years of relevant experience in Building Surveying, with a strong preference for candidates who are MRICS qualified.


• Demonstrated experience in project management, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.


• Strong technical knowledge and expertise in either the office or industrial market segments.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and colleagues.


• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
