If you’re an experienced Building Surveyor who is looking to make your mark long-term, this is the role for you. Become part of the growth and succession plan within this dynamic and commercially strong Chartered Building Surveying practice.

Person Specification:

• Degree or equivalent in Building Surveying


• Chartered preferred but not essential


• Experience in retrofit projects or social housing a bonus


• Strong communication skills

Roles & Responsibilities:

You will have the opportunity to work across various teams, covering a varied range of projects and professional instructions across a number of sectors.

One main area of focus will the growing retrofit sector, within Social Housing. Currently one of the strongest and most stable growth sectors across the country.

You will have experience in design, spec writing and defect diagnosis. You will have good technical knowledge and you will be comfortable working within a team.

Salary & Package:

Salary from £45,000 – £55,000 dependent on experience.
