Responsibilities�
The Buillding Surveyor will oversee and ensure building and maintenance projects are delivered on time and to budget including:
�
- Disrepair work
- Refurbishment work (such and kitchen, bathroom and window renewals etc).
- Void Works
- Complex Repair Works
- Day to Day Repairs
- Damp and Mould Works
- The pre/mid and post inspection of any of the above.
- Candidate must use own car or public transport to carry out visits
- Must have experience working in councils or housing associations�
- Must hold either a degree in building surveying and/or the equivalent experience in delivering the disrepair service.
- Extensive experience in building surveying and/or repairs operational delivery or supervising contracts or disrepair case management
- Initial 3 to 6 month contract with the opportunity to extend�
- PAYE via Umbrella (CIS if a UTR number can be provided)
- Inside IR35�
- Pay is set at �300 per day umbrella, this is not negotiable.
- Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm Onsite�
