Building Surveyor - Diagnostics An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Building Surveyor - Diagnosticsbased in North London with a leading Local Authority. Rate: £41.90 /hour - Umbrella36 hours per week - Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm (Overtime hours available)Initial 3 to 6 month ongoing contractPAYE via Umbrella (CIS if a UTR number can be provided)Responsibility:- The ability to diagnose building defects and recommend the associated remedial action. - A surveying or construction related qualification (not essential). - Organised and proactive - able to manage their own calendar and caseload. - Social Housing surveying experience (not essential). - Ability to produce specification of works using a schedule of rates. - A good understanding of damp, mould, and condensation. - Office based. - Access to pool vehiclesExperience:HND/C Building with demonstrable post qualification experience of BSc Building and 2 years post qualification experience: Or • Proven experience in Demonstrable Building surveying experience • Proven supervisory experience• Extensive experience working in a housing associaiton or councilPlease apply with submission of your CV and Damifrom ourLondon office will be in Touch.
