* Role - M&E Technician - Client Direct (Mechanical Bias)

* Salary - £51,800.00 Per annum
* Shift Pattern - 4on4off - Early's & Lates (No Night Shifts)

My client is seeking an experienced and Multi-Skilled Building Services Technicians to support their historic and iconic grade 1 listed building.
This an excellent opportunity to join an established maintenance provider who invest both time and training into their employees.
Some duties include:
* PPM'S
* Reactive Maintenance
* Emergency Light Testing
* Fire Alarm Testing
* FCU Maintenance
* AHU Maintenance
* Electrical and basic mechanical plant
The ideal candidate will have experience as well as qualifications in electrical installations which consist of the following;
* NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering/Plumbing
* Served a full Technical Apprenticeship and hold a technical qualification such as Mechanical Engineering (C&G, HNC, ONC, etc)
* Trade trained with at least 5 years' experience as an Mechanical Engineer.
* HV is desirable.
* Well presented.
* Client facing.
