Building Services Manager

Dalkia UK have a great opportunity for a full time, permanent Building Services Supervisor to work with our client based onsite in London N1 9XW.
Hours of work
40 hours normally 08:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday On-Site
Responsibilities
· To supervise all aspects of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), Reactive Maintenance, Project Works and Help Desk Calls in accordance with both client and Dalkia requirements
· Liaison with specialist service providers and sub contractors in delivering first class service.
· Finding and implementing solutions to a wide range of problems connected with building operations.
· Promote Dalkia image and Values to customer.
· Supporting site team
· Be responsible for the day to day running of the contract requirements and organising the site team in order to meet the contractual agreement.
· Assist in the preparation of emergency and contingency plans.
Requirements:
Essential
City & Guilds qualification in Electrical or Mechanical engineering
Experience gained within a building maintenance environment in a supervisory role
A good working knowledge of trades such as– Electrical, Plumbing; HVAC systems and Refrigeration
Experience in computer PPM management systems (Concept evolution)
Be conversant with current Health and Safety legislation with relevance to safe working practices.
Practical knowledge of Microsoft packages Word, Excel etc.
HSE training
Desirable
City & Guilds Parts 1 and 2 (Electrical Installation 2360) or recognised equivalent; or
18th Edition Institute of Electrical Engineers (I.E.E) Registration or recognised equivalent; or
NVQ Level 2-3 (e.g. Heating and Ventilating 6018) or recognised equivalent.
