This contractor needs no introduction. The management team have overseen a phenomenal and rapid growth journey since their inception only a few short years ago. And whilst still relatively in their infancy, it feels like they have been around forever as they charge relentlessly towards tier 1 status and expand their offering as a business.
At this juncture, they are on the lookout for a Building Services Manager (Technical Services Manager) to join their team and assume responsibility for the management and installation of M&E packages on a life-science project in the Cambridgeshire area.
The Building Services Manager will take on the full range of duties from MEP tender bid appraisals and reviewing pre-construction drawings, through managing the programme, chairing M&E design meetings and ensuring compliance with all regulations and safety requirements to overseeing commissioning stages, project completion and aftercare assistance.
Ideally, candidates will be able to demonstrate relevant experience in a main contracting environment, showcasing life-sciences projects as part of their project portfolio. Candidates from a pure specialist sub-contractor background will also be considered if they have the requisite skillset and life sciences experience.
