Are you an experienced M&E Contracts Manager or Technical Manager from an MEP subcontractor and looking for an opportunity to work on the other side of the fence?

This is the role for you.

I am working with a Regional Construction Contractor who work on projects within the education, commercial, leisure, health care, residential and industrial sectors.

This role will be to work from pre construction where you will assist the estimators with technical expertise on design and tenders through to procurement, constructing programmes and liaising with the subcontractors and the Project managers on site.

You will be experienced at dealing with JCT D&B and understand the schedule 1 of the JCT Contract.

This role will require that you travel to sites as and when required.
