Building Services Manager - Electrical Location: South East LondonSalary: 70K- 75K per YearContract: PermanentType: Full TimeReference: VAC-110373_1713972243Posted: April 24, 2024Fawkes and Reece are looking for an M&E Manager with an Electrical bias, an individual that is a No 2 on site in terms of managing M&E packages and would be interested in discussing an opportunity to work for a very well-established Tier 1 Main Contractor.Our client is looking to grow the M&E division by adding experienced, driven, and self-motivated personnel. The chosen candidate will initially be based on a particular residential scheme based in Southeast London.We require candidates to have a Building Services qualification or have progressed from a trade (ideally in Electrical Engineering). You would also need to have managed sub-contractors before, either working for a Main Contractor or a Tier 1 MEP Sub-Contractor previously.The purpose of this role would be to coordinate, supervisor and procure all M&E works on this particular project. You will need to liaise with sub-contractors on a day-to-day basis as well as reporting into the Senior Building Services Manager on site.A salary of 70,000 to 75,000 will be on offer, along with a very competitive package for the chosen candidate.
