* This Role will be doing Mechanical Bias Building Services on a large commercial client facing site in Central LondonYour new role as a Building Services Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical)
* You will be working Monday - Friday, 40 hour week, across a corporate, client facing site in Central London
* Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance duties. You will be working with a range of building service appliances.
* HVAC, AHU's, FCU's filter changes, pumps, belts, motors, water hygiene, basic plumbing, temp checks, flushing, minor repairs, fault finding, and any other general building service maintenance duties.What you'll need to succeed: Building Services Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical)
* The ideal candidate will hold building services mechanical, plumbing, or HVAC qualifications
* Experience in a facilities maintenance / building service role is essential.
* Can do attitude, willing to be flexible.
