£44,000 basic salary

Call out 1 in 5 weeks - £100 standby
Are you an experienced Building Services Engineer looking for an exciting opportunity in Heathrow? We are currently seeking a skilled individual to join our team as a Building Services Engineer. This role offers a competitive salary, generous and excellent benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on mostly electrical systems, with additional support to mechanical systems within a large commercial environment.
Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Respond promptly to breakdowns and emergencies, resolving issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
Work effectively as part of a team to ensure the smooth operation of building services.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within commercial environments.
Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
Relevant qualifications in a mechanical or electrical related trade.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
