As aBuilding Services Engineer, you will play a pivotal role within our project delivery team.Working closely with project managers and subcontractors, you will oversee all electrical/mechanical activities, manage resources efficiently, and uphold our uncompromising standards of quality and safety.Key ResponsibilitiesManage & coordinate all phases of the MEP Services project delivery cycleCoordinate Design team information & details in time for project delivery activitiesEnsure implementation of the MEPL Services IPEP Management planLiaise with Mechanical, Electrical, Sprinkler, Lifts & Technical Specialists Sub-ContractorsEnsure all MEP works are carried out to the highest level of Safety.Inspect all installation works against the agreed level of approved Quality plan.Monitor Programmes & review installation progress.Ensure design compliance & commissioning achievement with all documents collated and O & M Manuals development.Specific RequirementsMechanical/Electrical Third level qualification5 years experience in building services co-ordination.Previous Main Contractor experience is preferred, ideally project experienceExcellent IT skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills requiredStrong client focusIf this role is of interest to you, please apply now!#LI-ID1JBRP1_UKTJ
