Looking for a Building Services Engineer to work for a Maintenance Provider Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. 3 Months+ work at £20ph.
Youll be doing.
PPM and Reactive Maintenance
Changing filters on air conditioning systems
Changing light bulbs and ensuring other fixtures and fittings are in good working order
Rewiring, changing fuses, junction boxes etc.
Emergency Lighting
Fire Alarms
Carpentry
Painting and decorating
Carpet, Tiles
Doors, Locks
General Fabric works
