Job Description

As Building Services Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the operations at our site. Under the guidance of the Technical Services Team Leader, you'll execute daily maintenance tasks efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include providing general building maintenance, covering mechanical, electrical, and fabric aspects, as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team.
Additionally, you'll be part of our on-call response team, ensuring timely resolution of any maintenance issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the achievement of a ‘Best in Class’ approach to Engineering and Fabric services including those provided through supplier organisations


• Carry out Planned Maintenance as instructed by the MTL/FM


• Become competent in the operation of the sites Building Management and Planned maintenance computer systems


• Carry out reactive maintenance as instructed by Site Management


• Assist in resolving maintenance issues raised by retailers


• Assist the other maintenance staff as is required


• Assist with any training that may be required by other staff

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

• FM or Building Service background


• Experience completing installations


• Electrical Qualifications


• 18th Edition / C&G Installations / Testing & Inspection
