Building Services Coordinator (London)

GCL Group are currently seeking aBuilding Services Coordinatorfor their client,a leading Main Contractor, who are working on a project in Central London.
Responsibilities:
Ensure MEP subcontractors carry out work according to programme and appropriate standards.
Manage technical submittals.
Review design drawings and ensure specifications are met.
Manage the flow of information between subcontractors and the project team.
Attend meetings and provide reports on progress.
Requirements:
Degree in Building Services Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering or Qualified Trade (Mechanical or Electrical)
3+ years’ experience in a similar role.
Track record of seeing projects through to completion.
