Building Safety Manager

Our Client, a Developer across London, is seeking a Building Safety Manager to support them across their medium to high-rise buildings. Working with their Managing Agents you will support them reaching their safety targets, performance and technical documentation.The Role:Management of all managing agents in matters relating to building safety act. Ensure any other operational issues with agents or internally are raised BSA checklist compliance. Ensure due diligence on behalf of the RMC at all timesPlacing and maintaining appropriate time lines for agents managing any known risks and taking appropriate action should these not be met.Ensure all information is prepared for handover to Residents taking over RMCReviewing BSA costs to the service charge budgets and ensuring these are 'fair and reasonable'Keeping up to date on all emerging legislation, case law, regular communications to the whole BU.Ensuring a culture of safety for the managing agents.The Person:Experience in Building Safety Experience in Managing Agents Worked on complex mixed tenure schemesStrong understanding of L&T legislations, Buildnig Safety Act anf Fire Safety OrderHas experience with Building Safety Cases Can communicate and collavorate wellThe Package£55,000-60,000paFlexiable working times Additional benefits
