BUILDING SAFETY AND COMPLIANCE MANAGER This is an exciting opportunity to join our HQ team, based in Manchester as Building Safety and Compliance Manager. Reporting to the Director of Facilities Management, the role of Building Safety and Compliance Manager is to support the business to implement its legislative and best practice requirements in relation to health and fire safety. You will be instrumental in identifying opportunities for continual improvement in all aspects of building safety and compliance and other health and safety related elements contributing to a positive safety culture across Native Residential. If you have experience in developing and maintaining Building Safety Cases and Safety Case Reports for high-rise buildings and have in depth knowledge of the Building Safety Act 2022, Fire Safety Act 2021, Fire Safety (England Regulations 2022, and associated regulations – we’d love to hear from you! This role is based at our HQ in Manchester City Centre, we operate a hybrid working model, working 3 days a week in the office or on site, with 2 days working from home.
