Building Physics EngineerRef:BM212This an exciting opportunity for a Building Physics Engineer to join a well-established building services consultancies sustainability team in their offices in London.Role responsibilities include:Providing clients with sustainable solutions and strategies on a variety of services that include thermal comfort and overheating, low-zero carbon feasibility studies, daylight calculations, building regulations compliance, and SAP and SBEM.Consult on M&E strategies for residential and commercial projectsProduce high quality reports and manage client accounts, developing and maintaining working relationshipsAssist the design team on a range of projectsThe ideal candidate will have:Degree within an architecture, sustainability, or engineering fieldMinimum 2 years' experience within a relevant role, showing a strong passion for sustainability and built environmentCIBSE LCEA accreditation or working towards it, with experience in generating EPC'sExperience with IES software to carry out overheating analysis to TM52 and TM59Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detailBenefits of the role:Competitive salaryHybrid workingGenerous holiday allowancePension schemeTailored career developmentIf This role interests you or if you are interested in searching for other roles relating to sustainability please feel free to contact Ben Moore on (phone number removed) or email (url removed).
