Building Maintenance Engineer
Contract - 1-3 Months
Location - London (Travel around zones 1-9, Travel card provided)
Salary - £18-£24 per hour
Working Hours - 8:00am - 17:00pm
Your Responsibilities in the role
Responsible for undertaking building maintenance and small electrical works. PPM's to be undertaken are, but not limited to, clamp testing emergency light testing, L8, fabric checks etc.
Undertaking PPM's such as Emergency Light Tests, Tap Temps and other minor PPMS.
You will be required to Travel on TFL underground network to visit buildings in zones 1-9 to deliver basic planned maintenance to a large portfolio of commercial buildings from shops to arches or common areas,
Qualifications
CSCS Card
Minimum Level 2 in Electrical Engineering
